20 DAY CELEBRITY PHOTO CHALLENGE - DAY FOUR
Eminem is defenitely my favorite rapper. Not only because of his killer flow, and brillant songwriting, which would be enough to explain. But I have so much admiration for the man, the person he became, I must say. He hasn’t always been perfect, he’s been through the ringer, he’s made mistakes, but look what he’s become! He has come back from dark places, he’s walked the long road to change his ways and become a better father and a better man. And this ain’t easy for anyone, but he had to do it with people’s constant scrutiny. I have always thought that overcoming your past mistakes and fighting your demons demand much more guts, courage and balls than simply avoiding falling into those traps. To me, redemption is far more admirable than perfection. It probably explains why Recovery is my favorite album of his; that and the blunt honesty that perspires in his lyrics.
