Waking up (and working out) is not at all hard to do…

       

… Not when you have this delicious, perfect post-workout breakfast : Banana and peanut butter sandwich. And easy, with that.

First, work out (and I mean work your ass off, you need to deserve it). Just kidding, of course.

Toast two slices of wholewheat bread. Spread peanut butter on each. Slice a small banana on one. Close. Cut in two. Enjoy while watching the Olympics. Or not.
